Camp Fire USA Organizes Food Drive in Morton Grove

The Camp Fire USA Starflight group uses clean garbage, like empty egg cartons, to make toys and crafts.

In addition, they organized a canned food drive for for the event.

Morton Grove resident Kim Sharma hosted Monday's event for the group, which usually meets on a monthly basis for their children in kindergarten and first grade. Camp Fire USA is a national, co-ed scouting organization that focuses on civic engagement and service projects.

Starflight is the name of the group for the kindergarteners and first graders who live in Morton Grove.
