Morton Grove To Consider Allowing Propane Gas Pumps

• Morton Grove will consider whether to allow a propane fueling station on the Menard's property at its village board meeting, 7 p.m. Monday at village hall, 6101 Capulina Ave., Morton Grove. 
• Did you miss the film "42", about baseball great Jackie Robinson, in theaters? It's being shown at the Morton Grove Public Library Wednesday at 2 and 7 p.m.

• Centennial Park Pool, the home pool for Niles residents who iive in the Park Ridge Park District, has its last day Sunday, Aug. 18, before it's closed and demolished to make way for a new pool. 
• Celebrate the last concert of the season Friday at 6:30 p.m. with the BBI band at Niles' Oak Park.
