It's the Perfect Weather For Games and Art Indoors This Weekend
Here's a list of fun things to do this weekend, and they're mostly indoors.
- It looks like the perfect weather to play games indoors, and kids can do that at Snow Much Fun at the Morton Grove Library Friday at 3 p.m.
- Your kids love art? Come on out for an evening of pizza and painting Friday at the Art Station Studio. Ages 8 to 14; sibling discount available. 8106 W. Oakton, Niles.
- If you take down your holiday lights and find some strands broken, Niles has a Holiday Light Recycling program in cooperation with the Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County (SWANCC). Bring unwanted light strings and extension cords to Niles Family Fitness Center - 987 Civic Center Drive (open until 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 p.m. Friday and 5 p.m. weekends). The program goes through Feb. 28.
