Don't feel bad I was taken for over 75,000 . I thoought the new management would be better, But it doesn't look like it
We had Avante as our customer for over 15 years. We even used to personally drop off a gift during the holidays. They had some money issues while still in Villa Park. We carried them and let them pay it off, and still extended credit to them with the reassurance that they are under new ownership and things would be different. We extended them credit again, and they have stuck us with almost $400.00 of unpaid invoices....even after being sent to our collection company. This isn't a large amount, but it's the circumstances of events that should throw up a red flag for anyone extending them credit.....DON'T!!!
We at JRC billed $5000 to Avante for inter-company trucking services. We did a good job for them and they refused to pay the bill or return phone calls. The past due amount was sent to collections and a fraction of the owed amount was paid. Caution alert!
A bunch of stiffs, think they went BK. Owe us $5,000. Left message after message, now phone is disconnected. Beware, they are good for NOTHING
