The only reason Tina would EVER be rude to someone is if they are RUDE FIRST. First and foremost, I have been going here for a couple years now and I followed her since the last place she was at. Tina is THE BEST. She not only gives great customer service and makes you feel at home, but she does great acrylic and gel nails. Tina is professional and amazing at what she does. I have also gotten my hair there by Helen. I told her to do what she thinks will look good. She did an all over color and it came out AMAZING. She even went one step ahead and dried and straightened it for me. For a pregnant lady about to pop she was amazing! On top all the great talent that they have there, the prices are unbeatable. I have searched for a salon that has both good service and prices, and BEST NAILS is the only one I've came across. I love Tina and the staff. They are awesome. (To the people down there that rated this place with a 1 star are most likely those ignorant customers that find any reason to not pay.)

New Owner of Best Nails (since mid July 2012) is simply the BEST. I followed her from Magic Nails --Tina has been my 'nail girl' for many many years now and I come to her now to her new salon location. They have a great team for manicures/pedicures, etc... and always do their best to accommodate you. Great relaxing 'me time' every few weeks. Anyone I referred to Tina, continue to come to her after. Best Nail is under new management since July 26 th and their manicures and pedicures are the BEST. I drive 45 mins just so that they can do my nails. If you are in the area stop by and you will see that the manicures and pedicures chairs are full which indicates that they are fabulouse. Come in and talk to the customers and you will find that the majority of the customers have been with the owners her for years. Time is money. Gas prices are high, so why would I pass 50 nail salons and drive 45 mins. Heaven blesses great work, great services, and a great team.
I am thankful that there are Illinois laws for defamation of character and internet bullying - liars, their seeds, and their households are cursed by heaven.

THE WORST PLACE TO GO TO, I AGREE! I went there last Friday with my friends and boy, we were so disappointed with the service there! The tiny little Vietnamese lady owner was so rude to us and the did terrible jobs on our nails. She does not know how to treat her customers right. Since she is the owner, she feels that she has the right to treat customers however she pleases. We had appointments, but she decided she wanted to take the walk ins first, then she was so rude to us, and lastly, did terrible jobs on our nails. We will not go there again, that's for sure! Probably the worst place I've ever been to. For starters it's overpriced for a regular manicure. I called ahead of time asking if they have 'no chip', she said yes. Fine. I went in knowing how they should look and be painted because I had them done before. She did a horrible job filing my nail and insisted on it being my fault "You have bad nails". She applied about 5 coats of nail polish to the point where it would drip onto my hand. I stopped her and said I wouldn't pay for it. She yelled at me for 5 minutes like it was my fault and got the artificial nail polish remover. Then said they charge extra for that. I didn't give her one penny. By far worst experience of my life. NEVER going back. Even if you paid me.

Better choice: GM Nails in Niles, IL across the street from Golf Mill Mall and next to the Ford dealership.
