The Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church was founded in 1902, and quickly developed the school in 1906. Its longstanding history makes it the oldest congregation in Morton Grove. The church offers services on Sunday at 8am and 10:30am. The school caters to youth from all over the region, from pre-school through eighth grade. In addition, Precious Child is another service offered with Jerusalem Lutheran. Programs are open for children from age 3 through 8th grade, with full or half-day preschool, only full-day kindergarten, and grades 1 -8 full-day. Extended care is available, 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., for students of the preschool and Jerusalem School as well.
