Feb. 21 Sale of tobacco products to a minor - Mohammad Anis, employee of Tobacco Outlet, was issued a citation for allegedly selling a pack of cigarettes to a 16-year-old who was working with the police to check businesses in Morton Grove for compliance with tobacco sale laws. Tobacco Outlet was also issed a citation and a administrative hearing is scheduled for March 14. Feb. 17 Liquor Law Violation: Delivery or Sale to a Minor - Ashley M. King, 22, of Chicago was charged with selling liquor to a minor on the 6300 block of Dempster. Her court date is scheduled for March 29. Feb. 23 Battery - Christopher R.
