ARRESTS Ihar Dzikhstar, 43, of Skokie and Brad Christiansen, 45, of Roselle were charged with retail theft Dec. 1 at a store in the 5900 block of Dempster. Police said they concealed bottles of liquor in their pants and walked past the last point of sale without paying for the liquor. Court date is scheduled for 12/20/12 Nicolas D. Mansueto, 43, of Morton Grove was charged with assault Dec. 5 in the 9000 block of Birch. Police said he was arrested for threatening to physically harm his neighbors.
