She missed ex-husband's phone call to the kids and he got upset. An arrest is merely an accusation, not evidence of a conviction.
A 36-year-old Niles woman reported Aug. 6 just before 2 p.m. that she has an order of protection from her former husband, 34, and that he is only allowed to speak to her minor children by calling her mobile phone. The divorce decree says the ex-husband is only allowed to call the children between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., but the order of protection does not specify times. The woman said that on the day of the report, they were at a party and missed the ex-husband's phone call. The ex-husband then sent emails threatening to call the police if she didn't have the children call, but the time was 8:05 p.m.(Aug. 5) The ex-husband then called police, who interceded and verified by phone that the children were OK.
