Matthew Giannakopoulos, 23, of Niles was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Saturday at about 9:45 p.m. when police responded to a domestic disturbance. They found Giannakopoulos on the rear deck of a home in the 7200 block of Greenleaf, trying to speak to his father so he could get into the house, according to police.
