River Road in Des Plaines: Martha P. of Park Ridge was one lucky guest at Rivers Casino to be awarded $25,000 in the month-long Cash Knockout giveaway on Oct. 4. Martha said she had a feeling that she was going to win when she entered today’s drawing. She was fitted with a boxing robe and gloves, and punched through circle number 32 on the Cash KO board, which revealed a cash prize of $25,000. When asked why she selected circle 32 on the Cash KO board, Martha said she chose that circle because she was born in 1932.
