  Note: The Morton Grove Police Department announced a “Click It or Ticket” Holiday Mobilization for Memorial Day weekend.  In conjunction with the Illinois Department of Transportation’s Division of Traffic Safety, it  will conduct safety belt saturation patrols throughout May.    ARRESTS Amanda Padilla, 19, of Chicago was charged with battery after police said she caused bodily harm to a victim after a confrontation. Two homes were burglarized, and police arrested a man driving with a loaded gun. An arrest is merely an accusation, not evidence of a conviction.

  ARRESTS Jeff Zemy, 28, of Skokie, was stopped for traffic violations March 27 at Dempster and Shermer, police said.
