Hey there! Call me Ade.

A deep concern for social justice and a love for public policy and politics is what drives me as a journalist. 

I&#39;m a senior at Loyola University Chicago, where I just finished a one-year term as editor-in-chief of the <i>Loyola Phoenix</i>, Loyola University Chicago&#39;s award-winning student newspaper. I&#39;ve interned at international news wire the <i>Catholic News Service </i>in D.C., and <i>Chi-Town Daily News</i>, a now defunct daily news website. I&#39;ve also written several pieces for <i>StreetWise Magazine</i>.

I&#39;m a huge basketball fan (go Bulls!) who loves music and creative writing.
