I am a Evolutionary Life Coach I am on a mission to help wounded souls evolve within so their outer world and their circumstances can improve in order to create the lives they really want and deserve. I work with clients who are are ready to let go of pain, suffering, depression, loneliness and emptiness. As a Soul Archaeologist, I help my clients dig deep within and bring forth the "gold" hidden under pain and sorrow.  My goal with each client is to help them re-gain inner peace, more confidence and joy along with living a meaningful life in relationships and work.           

I have a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology  from Union Institute and University in Vermont. I am trained as a coach at Coaches Training Institute (CTI) . In addition, I am certified in hypnotherapy from Alternative Practitioner Academy (formally Leidecker Institute). I am also a certified kinesiology practitioner with Psych-K method of creating  whole brain thinking.

My mission is to teach, educate and guide  as many people as possible to embrace the golden principle of "interconnectedness" in their personal lives as well as in the communities they live and work. I am the creator of the ASCEND system designed to assist my clients to evolve their human potential  in order to help evolve and transform our world. 

I envision a world where all of us make full use of all our gifts and talents for our personal happiness and the betterment of the communities we live in.  I believe that we are all born with a calling...Our world can become a better place only when all of us become what we were meant to be and do what we were called to do.                                                                     

Therefore, we all must find out who we are and what gives meaning to our lives.  It is our duty as well as our birthright.  Only when we heal first within, we can heal the world without!  Than, we can create the change we want to see in the world.
