Real Cost of New Morton Grove Library $20,000,000 for a basic plan at 5.99% over 240 months is a total cost of $34,361,005.Divide by 8299 homes, $4140 avr per household, $17.25 per month and $207/yr. And this is the least expensive new library plan!
B-PAC group supports keeping our current library and will run in April for Library Board. They are bright and dedicated to improving our library: Paul Berg,Cathy Peters, Mark Albers, Dr. David Calimag. Vote in April to keep our library, keep taxes down.
Library Bond Guarantee? Even if the Village approved a bond for a new library, who would guarantee it? Not the Village. Their budget is barebone! Not the good librarians! Who then? The image of default is not a pretty one. Ellie Davis
