MG Farmers Market, Neighbor

We are a family friendly Farmers' Market that strives to be a producer only Market. We offer live entertainment and children's activities in addition to a wide variety of vendors. We are open Saturdays, June 2 - Oct 20 from 8 am - 12 pm except June 30.

We are a volunteer organization that seeks to provide a wide variety of fresh, locally-produced foods and products to Morton Grove and its neighboring communities. In addition to ensuring efficient operation of the Morton Grove Farmers’ Market, the organization seeks to educate the public about the nutritional, economic, environmental, and social implications of eating seasonally and locally.

The Market is a division of the Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is hosted by the Morton Grove Park District. We work closely with the Village of Morton Grove and many other for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. We are preparing for our third season, but we are continually publicizing the Market, booking local entertainers and community groups, vetting vendors, recruiting sponsors, and working with several groups to develop logistics to run a smooth, enjoyable marketplace.
